At Aparajita, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. We’ve partnered with Shiprocket, a reliable logistics aggregator, to ensure timely delivery across India and beyond.

📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2-6 business days after you place your order.

  • All orders are delivered within 5-15 business days after being shipped.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • You will receive an email or SMS confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

🚚 Shipping Partners

We use Shiprocket to manage our deliveries. Shiprocket works with a wide range of trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Ekart, and more—ensuring fast and secure delivery to your doorstep.

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

🌍 International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India. Stay tuned — we’re working on expanding our reach soon!

🧾 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track your order anytime from the Track Order page on our website.

❗ Delays or Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or shows as "delivered" but hasn't arrived, please reach out to us within 3 days of the delivery date. We’ll coordinate with Shiprocket and our courier partners to resolve the issue promptly.

📬 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
