Cancellation & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Aparajita. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Cancellation & Refunds Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities as a customer.

Order Cancellations

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. Here’s how cancellations work:

  • Before Shipment:
    You may cancel your order within 3 days of placing it, provided it hasn’t been processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately at hello.aparajitasaree@gmail.com with your order number.

  • After Shipment:
    Once your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You may, however, initiate a return after receiving your item (see below).

Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Return Period:
    Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition:
    Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Non-returnable items include:

    • Gift cards

    • Downloadable digital products

    • Final sale items

  • To start a return:
    Contact us at hello.aparajitasaree@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within  15 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or wrong item).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include photos of the damage or issue, along with your order number.

  3. We’ll make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit.
